1. This Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and 4jobsinusa. The Customer accepts
this Agreement by making a placing an order on the Site. The terms and conditions of this Agreement
are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the site at
the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order.

2. Payment Methods. We accept Money Order, Cashier Check, and Company and Personal Check
(allow 7~10 working days for check clearance by Bank) for online services, and payment by mail.
Please make all payment payable to "Jobs Placement" and mail payment to: 209-35 41st Ave.,
FL 3, Bayside, NY 11361. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted
on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. You are responsible for sales and all other
taxes associated with the order.

3. You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction,
whichever is older, to visit or use 4jobsinusa.com in any manner.

4. The content on the sites is the exclusive property of 4jobsinusa and is protected by United States
and foreign copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the 4jobsinusa content may
violate these laws, and is strictly prohibited. Any 4jobsinusa site is also protected by 4jobsinusa's
copyright.

5. You agree not to sell or modify the 4jobsinusa content or reproduce, display, publicly perform,
distribute, or otherwise use the 4jobsinusa content in any way for any public or commercial purpose,
in connection with products or services that are not those of 4jobsinusa.com.

6. The 4jobsinusa membership will be terminated after 30 days if the account is inactive and after 90
days from the last posting.

7. 4jobsinusa has no obligation to screen User Content, communications or information in advance
and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. However,
4jobsinusa may review and remove any User Content and Users that, in its sole judgment, violates
these Terms and violates applicable laws.

8. 4jobsinusa does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the content
and will not be liable for lost profits and loss of business.

9. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, please let us know in writing within 7 days
from original date of receiving your application and we will provide you with a full refund.
